CAN I PARTICIPATE IN BOTH CHALLENGES AT ONCE?

Yes! The challenges are easy to complete consecutively. 

WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT?

Goal Crush Challenge has a 30 minute set up the first two days, then 5-minute check-ins daily.

Habit Creation Challenge has 30-minute set up the first day, then 5-minute check-ins daily.

WHY IS THE HABIT CHALLENGE SO LONG?

Building habits is HARD. It takes the average human 66 days to build a habit. I've designed this challenge so I can be there with you - every step of the way!

ARE CHALLENGES PRIVATE?

Yes!

  • FB GROUP: The only people who can see the challenge work you share in our private Facebook group are the other challenge members. When the challenge ends, I close the group for that round. New members won't be able to see anything from previous challenges.
  • DAILY CHECK INS: These are personal to you and will not be shared with anyone else in the challenge.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You can leave a challenge at any time, just send us an email requesting to be removed, and we'll stop sending you the material.
