This week is all about learning how to engineer your habits and recognize your habit loops. When you understand what cues and reinforcements are driving your habits, it becomes easier to build the habits you desire and break the habits that are holding you back. 

Creating a lasting habit is a humbling experience. Always remember YOU ARE WORTH IT! You owe it to yourself to cross the finish line. And the group is here to support you -every step of the way.
